A First

What should be put in a first post of a blog? This has been a problem ever since I started putting up my works over the Internet. Whenever I put up a space, it has always been a dilemma on what should I post first. Should it be an introduction, a welcome message, or should it be one of my most favorite literatures from past collections?

Usually, I start up something like this by saying or stating that it is a new space for me to fill, and my first post usually serves as a welcome message for everybody, who somehow stumbled upon my site. But in reality, there could be nobody else but me, who visits the site. Or on the other end, those people who stumbled to find my site may have just been curious about the URL I left somewhere I accessed the Internet. Those people may have visited my site, but it doesn’t imply that they have enough curiosity to read my posts.

Somehow it made me think, are there people reading whatever I write in these things? Is it useless? Well, first things first, I remembered I once wrote something about “I don’t write for other’s to read”, I write because I just want to write. I don’t brag about them, and I don’t even claim I’m good at them. I’m happy when I write, I just feel good whenever I jot down some words, whether it makes sense, or whether it has a correct grammar. One thing is for sure, I do like them, and I feel happy when I read them. I just don’t care if it happens for other people.

Well, I’m quite surprised I came up with a long first post this time. I hope it will be followed by some sensible stuff which I would be writing in the coming days. Stuffs which concern life and everything related to it. One thing unique about this one is that this will also serve as a research blog. Some may found it boring or not interesting, others may not be able to relate to it, but nonetheless, I need someplace to share things which I learned everyday. Well, that’s it, this one is getting too long, I guess this wraps up my first post in this place.
